Harry Maguire has been withdrawn from Gareth Southgate‘s England squad after being found guilty of all charges following an altercation with police on the Greek island of Mykonos.
The Manchester United captain was handed a 21-month suspended prison sentence after being found guilty of aggravated assault, resisting arrest and repeated attempts of bribery while on holiday with friends and family.
Maguire has already announced his intention to appeal the verdict, but he has now been withdrawn from the England squad just hours after being included for the upcoming UEFA Nations League matches against Iceland and Denmark.
